Currently focusing on Steel, Power, Cement, Mining, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Engineering, IT, FMCD domains. Handling a team of 30, PAN India to drive and execute leadership levels search assignments.
She is a Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication and has more than 11 years of experience in the Executive Search ,Selection, Strategic Alliances. Has worked across Industries ranging from the Steel, Power, Infrastructure, Mining, Engineering, Oil & Gas, Refineries, Cement, Health Care, FMCD & Aviation.

She has worked for a close to two decades with companies and as a consultant in the core function or HR and Training. During her employment she has worked at Mumbai and Delhi and gained useful exposure from multi location and multi industry engagements. Her functional responsibilities and learning has been in areas of:
- Heading the employee life cycle process for front end functions like Sales, Service and Support
- Adaptation and application of the HRIS
- Development Plans and KRA’s
- Manage the Recruitment Process and outcomes
- Delivering and Managing Training and Development initiatives
The sectors she has worked with are to do with Automobiles, Engineering, IT with companies like Rolta India, Globalspace Technology, Niksun, Kapsons Engineers and Grace Toyota. Her academics include a DIPMR from Annamalai Univ., DITD from ISTD, Computer Basics and Graduation from Delhi Univ. She is currently engaged with Varco Global Solutions with the Human Capital Solutions arm of the business.

He has more than 3 decades of experience as a Management Consultant and Strategist in various Management Roles and Assignments across various domains of the business world with PSUs,Indian Corporates, MNCs and Fortune 500 companies covering areas such as Marketing Communications, Corporate Communications, Social Marketing, Strategic Management Solutions, Creative Strategy, Brand Building & Repositioning, Corporate Image Management.
He is also a passionate Environmentalist and Educationist and supports Capacity Building and Awareness Programmes with prominent NGOs and Educational Institutions of repute
